Through collaboration with the Consumer Brands Association Contactless Pickup and Delivery Task Force, create an industry standard that enables shippers, carriers, 3PL’s, and retailers to execute contactless freight pickup-and-delivery workflows.

Contactless Standard

The purpose of this document is to outline the current draft of the operational standard to obtain feedback. The standard is still being developed and iterated on based on learnings from the Contactless Task Force's pilot deployments.
